Snow Peak submits all of its outdoor hard goods to the highest standards of engineering and testing to ensure long-lasting durability in even the most challenging outdoor conditions. Our company proudly takes full responsibility for the high quality of our products.
If you ever find that one of our products doesn't function properly, simply contact Snow Peak UK User Services, or take it to one of our certified dealers. If we find that the product didn't live up to our standards, we'll repair it or exchange it free of charge. In other cases, we'll provide the necessary repairs for a reasonable fee. Please understand that we will not be able to repair damage caused by unreasonable usage or, in certain cases, the natural lifespan of the product. It is important that you read the user manual for each product before use.
As important as it is to us to ensure the fastest possible repairs and exchanges we do sometimes encounter longer than anticipated lead times on receiving a repaired or exchanged item. All repairs currently take place in Japan so sourcing of parts, shipping and returning can often encounter delays and unforeseen issues. We thank you for your patience on any such matters that may arise. If anything is unclear or a product requires service, we will be happy to answer any questions through Snow Peak UK User Services or any of our certified dealers.
For international warranty claims, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees to our warehouse, import fees, customs, duties, and value added taxes.

Snow Peak will warranty any apparel with a manufacturer defect for up to one year from the date of purchase.
Damages due to wear and tear or failure to follow care instructions are excluded from our apparel warranty.
