Mountain of Moods, a snow activity apparel brand created by creative director Masakazu Fukuyama, has been in operation since 2015, with Fukuyama based in Minakami Town at the foot of Mt. Tanigawa in Gunma Prefecture. 

The 3L Graphen Bib Pants feature a waterproof and breathable mixture of Graphen membranes, ensuring excellent temperature control and high heat retention. The bib style design prevents snow from entering, and the rubberized shoulder straps and back cross design allow for more movement. These pants have a fully open zipper on both sides for quick on and off, and four convenient zipper pockets. Perfect to pair with outerwear from the same series.
